I think that means that you can't use EM then. Generally speaking, you can only use 1 point of Impulse power towards movement, which would only cover part of the cost of Erratic Maneuvers.

Under there rules for EM it says that the power can come from any sourse and it has its own section for what impulse it takes and it sais you can use impulse alone to do EM
Extra impulse used is a 1 for 1 ratio regardless of size class cheaper for dreadnaughts same for CA more expensive for DD FF

I will be updating the rules tonight and then locking them down. After the changes tonight, I will make no other changes to the rules that do not come directly from participant comments or from problems discovered during play.
I will also be updating the forms and adding two new forms (for trade routes, trade route defenses, and raids). All players are encouraged to use the forms for the campaign.
I have added a Ryn master ship chart with campaign relevant information and I'll be adding a Drex one tonight so people can see ship costs and ship classes available to these races. Right now the Klingons and the Romulans don't have completed campaign master ship charts online, but I will make these my next priority for the website work.

Cool. I think we should insist that he uses the forms. That way, if he quits any one of us could look at his records to figure out what is going on in his empire to let him stay as a Neutral power.

Support mision i think need to be changed cuase its only a carrier and its escorts that camn be in a group
in the case of carriers that don't have escorts that makes them soooooo a sitting target i think carriers that don't require escorts should still be allowed to take a size 4 and size 3 ship to escort them if they are preforming a support mission
In the case of races with out escorts it seems fair and logical i mean who would leave a carrier undefended from an very possible attack

I disagree. All races in Omega were given escorts if that race used escorts. For some races, the Ryn are one example, they don't use escorts for their carriers. Some main races do the same thing for some of their carriers, like the Romulan SuperHawk carrier / command ships. This makes the ships more valuable when used in the main battle force, but more vulnerable in support mission. But don't forget that you can always put a size-4 ship in a support mission.
Also, I want to say that the poster maps are unbelievably beautiful!!!!

3-5 dollars each will cover all expenses.
I printed both the small and the large province map. We'll only be using one this campaign, but we'll probably use the other next campaign.
