Website update: homepage.mac.com/cheethorne/sfb/Rule Changes: * Updated 2.2 - Merchant Marine ships have more options when engaging in combat. * Updated 2.3.2 - Added additional notes on how a trade route is disrupted and how to prevent disruption. * Updated 3.2.3 - Merchant Marine ships have more options when engaging in combat. * Updated 3.6 - You can only assign three ships to a hidden raid point's raid pool. * Updated 6.2 - Groups that include ships from the merchant marine, except the group containing the base or resource that generated them, must use the new Merchant mission. * Added 6.3.5 - Added the Merchant mission. * Added 6.4.1.5 - Added the Merchant mission. * Updated Appendix B - Added note about Klingons using F6E battle frigate escorts and Lyrans using DDE/DDA destroyer escorts. Notes: Most of the above changes happened with regards to the merchant marine rules that were recently changed. Just a few tweaks there. The Ship Notes section got updated again with more missed special escorts (one for the Lyrans and one for the Klingons). Also, I updated the victory points information. Congrats go out to Chris who gained 18 victory points from his fights on Turn 12.

Hey John, I was going over the numbers for your nebula based fleet and I think I am missing something with your fleet.
From my calculations, the FD7 has 24 command points (from CR8) and +2 command points because it is experienced (as listed in 6.7), which would give you 26 command points. Assuming 2 FD5s are part of a squadron with the heavy cruiser (and cost 9 points each), the third FD7 would cost 10 points, for a total of 28 command points.
What am I missing?

Website update: homepage.mac.com/cheethorne/sfb/Added turn 17 results. It would be nice for everyone to take a second and let me know if they have bases that are in otherwise empty hexes that are not indicated on the map. Also, as before, the supply chain map is only my best guess, I could be off in some places and missing a few hexes of your supply networks, but chances are, every hex I marked is in your supply chains.

Looks like I'll have to drop the extra D5, don't know how I missed that:)

Sounds fun, even if I did 2.5 ships to your 1. It was an experience ship though, so that gets me some bonus points. You sure you won the battle I'd like to hear details though.
